How to Edit Your Comments on Facebook
This week, Facebook released the ability to a vast number of us to edit our comments! Yes! I was super excited about this, because now I don’t have to leave my typos all over the place, adding an additional comment just to edit what I said! (You know you’ve done it!)
So, in all of my ecstatic fervor, I created this article to share the great news with all of you!
You’ve left a comment on someone’s page or photo and you realized that you left out a word, or a comma, or heck, you just wanted to add another sentence. Well, now you can.
Now, when you want to change your comment, all you have to do is hover over it, and click on the pencil that appears in the right hand corner.
After clicking the pencil, you will see your options for “edit” or “delete”. Click edit to “open” up your comment for editing.
Now all you need to do, is change whatever your little heart desires! This is fantastic for those of us that type faster than we can think or just want to add a little more to our commentary. I absolutely love this, and HOPE that Facebook will soon release this option for status updates, because as of right now, you cannot edit those (yet).
Thanks for reading! And as always, if you need me for social media help, just send me a quick email!
